Rescheduling of Events
Q. What if we reschedule an event and the participant cannot attend on the new date?
A. Our approach is twofold:
- Communication: We will always communicate any changes in schedule to participants in advance. We’ll gauge if the majority can attend on the new date. If not, we’ll attempt to find a more suitable date in coordination with the instructor.
- Refunds: If the date remains unchanged and a participant cannot attend, they will be eligible for a full refund.
